Cant save video

Hey guys. I cant save video from the dji go 4 app to my phone. See picture

So is it 4K video? importing that from the Mavic over wifi will be a very slow business if you can do it at all.

Don't think you can save 4K on the phone.
It's saved in the SD on the Mavic anyway so download at home to your computer.

iPhones can only process 1080p videos from the Mavic directly.

4K videos you will have to upload from the SD onto a PC, assuming it can process 4K
