Do we really believe that such a thing can carry a payload capable of sensing and transmitting any useful information or performing any practical task? Communicating with a controller? Perhaps it could carry a microgram of a lethal toxin and fly up an enemy's nose?
It appears to be essentially a poor imitation of a butterfly or moth, though without the ability to travel long distances and reproduce itself.
But it would still be a hoot to see it fly.
