Along with flying the AVATA at the Fairy Pools I also took a couple of flights with the AIR3, which gives me enough for a couple of videos... This is the cinematic view from overflying the Fairy Pools at a lower height than when I last flew it in October...

Still to come there is some footage from one of the tributary becks, perhaps enough to make a video on its own - even if it is a short one...

Anyhows, please enjoy the Fairy Pools from another perspective...

What a scene. It’s lovely and interestingly filmed. The guy on the edge of the cliff overlooking the pool was a bit iffy if you know what I mean. Loads of people too.

Although I enjoyed the scenery I must say I was a bit taken aback by your flying directly over people. I had seen that in any past videos. I don't know about where you are but I know here (USA) and in many countries it is not allowed.

Thanks Sarah, I dont normally overfly people, and am at pains not too, even though in the UK it is allowed if you are flying sub 250gm drones. With my A2 CofC qualification I can fly larger drones up to but not directly over uninvolved people, but if you ask for permission then you can overfly them, and I asked the girls at the beginning if it was ok and they were fine.

I was at pains not to directly fly over anyone on the way up and back down, although I will admit the guy near the bottom pool in the green top was very close to being flown over as he moved as I flew that part...

Beautiful as ever, Suzanne! I liked the top down look showing the drone in the reflection of the water @ various points. I also found it interesting - you showed the falls & pools, but @ the end when you panned up, it seems this gem you found is nestled into an area that surround by what looks to be pasture land. Nice find!

Thanks... it is located in GlenBrittle, and is farmland, but quite poor, so sheep are the only animals that can eke a living there... The Mountains are the Cuillins...
