Waivers my friends... waivers There is a group in Oak Ridge TN doing some amazing cutting edge UAS work well outside the scope of normal Part 107 Ops and they have several waivers to do such.

Notice the drone in the video was in Asia where their drone laws are probably vastly different than here.
