So my agency is planning to file a COA and all the pre-COA letters and login info is done. When I actually go to try to login and file a COA I can not find the proper link to submit a new COA. FAA is not helping in their emails, they just send me to the same link that is a dead end. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a pop up I'm not seeing?
