I'm with you here. We run Air 2S's. I received a Mini 3 Pro for travel purposes and couldn't wait for the A2S to be compatible with the DJI RC. Once it was, I immediately ran (and continue to run) the A2S/DJIRC combo for our jobs and it works perfectly. I had tossed the idea around of getting a Mavic 3 Classic to replace the A2S, but don't know if it's even necessary...
