Compass calibration does not work .... what to do ??

Hello guys,

I have some problems with my compass calibration. This come today for the first time...
I was at a open field and tryed to calibrate my compass.
So i opened the DJi GO4 App and try to do this, but it dont take me to step 2 .. I stock in the horizontal Position..

Full GPS Signal and Green Lights after that, so i takeoff...But after 2 seconds of hover the mavic begun to spinn around and crash to the ground. I dont unsterstand why.. IMU parameter -6 -5 -1 -1 and Compass 25 till 45 ...

I realy need your help guys.. i dont know what to do
