Do you mean NT 4 program? If so then no if the program is 32 bit. If not then no again - there is no such thing as Win 4.

Win 3 is a 16 bit operating system

Hmmmmm, I am a old guy and not a geek so let me tell you guys what I have, just going through my cupboards and came across this item
Casio Wrist Camera for Windows 95/98 Windows NT 4.0 (see pic) I do not remember ever using it, the reason I want somebody in WA to have it is the cost of shipping as I am a pensioner, if anybody can make use of this please PM your address and I will ship it to you. seems a shame to let it gather dust any longer.
