I am in Durham, NC and they are building everywhere!!
Here's some shots of an apartment building going up.
Odd how they build the stairwell first then the building around it.

Enjoy your pics of NC. My niece went to Duke and my granddaughter lives in Wilmington so we spend some time out there and vacation at Emerald Isle often, a real treat.
