Construction Timelapse

Does anyone know how to copy the first waypoint in a hyperlapse so that it also becomes the final waypoint? I have a Mini 3 Pro. I am trying to circle a construction site so that I can merge and fade say 6 months of weekly recordings so that the buildings appear gradually. Hyperlapse with waypoints appears great but if I can't exactly duplicate the first waypoint then the video will jump. The circular hyperlapse function doesn't appear to work either as it doesn't have waypoints. Thanks for any advice.

Not sure about the Mini 3, but on the Air 2S, this. Run your normal Hyperlapse, look at the waypoint bar info, then on the right side are 3 dots. Tap that then choose "reverse". It will then run that Hyperlapse in reverse.
