Controller battery

Controller battery will not hold a charge. Charged controller and phone 100%. Cant get 30 min on controller. Controller at 14% and phone still at 98%. I know controller charges phone (wish it didnt), but barely got through a 20 min firmwsre update. Can battery be re calibrated?

What is the model of the RC? I have some Spark RC batteries spare, maybe the same if you can confirm the model (or even better take the RC apart and pic it)
