Had a bit of a spooky situation.
Was in my garage playing with my camera settings and I flipped the sport mode switch a couple of times (2 or 3 max) and out of no where, "Aircraft disconnected".
Thought ok, the app glitched up. Relaunched the app. Nope, no connection.
Controller was still connected to the mavic though, data was coming in (VPS on the LCD changing between 0.0 and 0.1 like it usually does sitting on the ground).
Tried disconnecting the USB and reconnecting, nothing. The app did not even auto launch.
Finally I power cycled the controller, and everything came back up.
Question:
If one turns off the controller mid flight I understand it will RTH assuming its set to do so in the app.
But if one power cycles (on -> off -> on), will the controller reconnect to the Mavic?
Does distance from the craft play a part in this?
Thanks!
