Is it possible to use course lock in the Litchi app with the Mavic 2 Pro? I tried using TapFly today and it totally weirded me out.. didn’t like not being able to stop the drone with the sticks.

With Litchi in manual flying mode you have course lock, and home lock. I don't think they are available during automated flights.

I would assume so. However, you can stop the drone with the sticks in tapfly. Just right stick down and it will slow to a stop

Ok, thanks for the info on tapfly, great to know! I'd still like some more fine tuned control though as far as speed and going back and forth with the sticks. Its a shame DJI left Course Lock out :(

What does Tapfly not allow you to do that course lock accomplished?

I just feel like it’s a lot easier to fly along a path back and forth to take multiple clips. Rita kind of like having a cable cam. With TapFly you can only go in one direction at a time. With Course Lock you can point your drone in a specific direction and use the right stick to go back and forth along that course.

At any rate Litchi will allow you to manually fly through a waypoint mission and if you set the mission speed to 0mph you control the speed completely with the right stick up to go forward through the mission and right stick down to go backwards through the waypoint mission. Effectively becoming a course lock mode.

Ahhh the 0mph thing is very interesting. Any idea if that's possible to do in TapFly mode as well?
