At a bit of a loss - drone had barely taken off and was hovering fairly low when it suddenly zoomed off ~30 ft into a tree. Wind didn't seem that strong at the time? DAT file is here - any thoughts appreciated, thanks in advance.

Did you accidentally push the sticks?

Try to calibrate the:

Compass

IMU

Then try to restart,if it dosent work, try firmware update by DJI assistant by using your PC/Mac

Steps:

Connect you drone to your PC/Mac via Micro cable

Download DJI assistant in mavic pro download page

Launch the app

Turn on your mavic

Click your drone name in DJI assistant

And click firmware update

Then update to the lastest firmware

The .DAT submitted is from the tablet. Can you provide the .DAT from the Mavic itself? Look here to see how to do that
How to retrieve a V3 .DAT File from the AC

There were 4 flights in the submitted .DAT with the last one being the incident you described. Each time the Mavic landed there were Yaw/magYaw separations probably due to ferrous material beneath the surface of the parking lot. The eventLog stream shows the compass switching from back to front several times. On the fourth launch it seems the Yaw/magYaw separation caused the fly away.

This fly away could have been prevented by checking the heading indicator in the Go App to see if it is consistent with the Mavic's actual heading. This check is the single most effective measure for preventing launch time fly aways. It's unfortunate that this is not mentioned anywhere in the DJI documnetation .
