another question will the battery to USB adaptor not work to charge the crystal sky via usb C?

I tested the usb-c. It seems that it doesn't work. I tested with a 12.000 mAh usb power bank, with the usb-c but it doesn't work. So I've bought the inspire 1 power supply (....) and with this one the battery has charged....
I think dji is not serious but for now can do what he wants.

No, you cannot charge CrystalSky using the USB-C port.

You need a charger that will plug into the 2 port charge dock that comes with CrystalSky.

no that adapter will only charge p4 batteries and remote, but the plug for the remote is what the crystal sky hub uses.
