Can not find how to format SD card in CS

Go into Settings, Storage, scroll down select 'Erase SD Card'

Additionally, it's good practice to do this every time you offload the card. Re-formatting cards keeps their directory stable -- and a card that refuses to be reformatted may be a (rare) indication of a card that is dying.
