Custom Camera File Names on RC2

I'm trying to change my file names on my RC2. When I go in there the space shows up to enter the new file name but I can't figure out how to get the keyboard to show up to change it. I must be doing something wrong but can't figure out what. Any suggestions or idea's would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys!

Unless something has changed recently, the only change you can make is to add extra characters, rather than make a file name that's different.
DJI's "custom file names" feature is completely useless.

I can't add extra characters, keyboard won't show up for some reason
