Beautiful colors. Were the clouds moving quickly? That can be a challenge to blend nicely, both in the sky and on the ground.

Nice approach to dealing with the zenith. Have you been using the extra +30º gimbal option?

Yes, the wind were strong and a lot of thick cloud (raining soon), surprisingly Image Composite Editor blend it nicely.

I did use the +30 option.
