In Sweden specific, you almost always need a dissemination permit from the Swedish authority "Lantmäteriet" if you want to post widely on WWW or other public places (like YT, Instagram or other social medias)... you have some exceptions but a pic or video that shows the horizon or is widely zoomed outside a particular ground based object (private house/public park) needs a permit.
