DJI AIR 2s Descends or descends when I roll

Hello,

My Air 2S seems to ascend or descend when I roll. Other inputs seem to work well. Also, it won't land by just pressing the left stick down. It gets to a point and won't go down anymore and I have to force it to land using the AutoLand feature on the DJI Flyapp.

Please help

Try and reinstall all firmware. Make sure you calibrate well away from metal or concrete. If that does not clear the error: Reinstall the APP. If that doesnt clear it you have a Bottom Sensor thats too dirty or is Bad.

Do you have any third-party clip-ons attached to the bottom of the drone? (landing skids or similar) Are all the bottom sensors clean and unobstructed?

I did get a backward sensor calibration error at one point when flying. But I have not added anything at the bottom of the drone

Do you "wipe off" the lens of the sensor with your finger? that will cause this.

I will check the bottom sensors. But I don't wipe it with my fingers. Will calibrating sensors help?

don't fly over water. i had some intermittent descending issues and then it just dropped out of the sky.

hope you get it sorted.

Don't forget the remote in your calibrations, sticks and gimble wheel. Directions in the app. I usually do an IMU calibration anytime the flights get a bit wonky as well. Hopefully calibrations, sensor cleaning, and last resort firmware update solves the issues. GL
