Dji airspace permission

Trying to figure out how to apply for airspace permission from dji.
Do I need to show them my laanc approval?
How long should I expect it to take?
What info do I need to supply them with?

If you're talking about unlocking a DJI GEO zone you just do it on their website, fill in your details (you'll need a number from your drone), draw on the interactive map a circle of the area you want to fly, altitude and submit. Unlocking code is sent to you. Mine took about 3-4 minutes.
