DJI assistant m2p

I am trying to connect my m2p in order to update and there is no any icon like 1 moth ago to show me the m2p update inside the assistant screen
I am using PC windows 10 + usb3 cable
Any information about this problem will be very helpful

I am trying since yesterday to update my two Mavic Pro's with the old Assistant 2 version (1.1.0) and the new one (2.0.6).
The old version sees the drone and the RC but will refuse to load the list of firmware to update, as well as it refuses to reset all parameters to factory settings.
The new version does not even allow me to log in, not recognizing the hardware.
Also using W10 & USB3 cable.
Try to imagine...
