Which controller ? The RC-N1 or the DJI-RC (with screen) ?
What version of Assitant2 ?

Windows Defender Firewall blocks:

C:\program files (x86)\dji product\dji assistant 2 (consumer drones series)\djiengine\djiservice.exe
and
C:\program files (x86)\dji product\dji assistant 2 (consumer drones series)\djiengine\djiservicecore.exe

You have to give Windows Defender Firewall permission to access them.
or
Any other installed and active firewall software.

Here's a screenshot (Windows 10 Home edition, Assistant 2 v2.1.10, DJI-RC):

Thank you for your reply,

I couldn't understand why using Dji Assistant2 consumer version i could access my mini3 pro but with same cable i could not connect to RC controller, I did switch off windows defender and to the point of changing the values on winusb file but nothing, after trying all revenues to the point of asking family members and friends to try on their laptops I decided to get a small cotton bud and clean around and inside the RC usb-c port and Bingo!!! got connection with no problems!
The only thing I could think is somehow some dirt was transferred to the RC controller when plugging in cable

All good know!
