Hi,
when flying (not recording) the drone, I find it best to have rather responsive stick input settings. That way I can make quick flight path changes etc., especially in close quarters. But if I want to film something, I am usually looking for that cinematic look, and this is in my opinion best achieved with very lazy/slow stick settings. Obviously one can fly in normal mode and change to "cinematic" or "tripod" intelligent mode just prior to filming, but I am looking for this to automatically happen every time I press the "record" button. That way the whole process would be much quicker, and allow a faster work flow.

So, is this possible? Maybe it is just me, but I believe this could be a great feature!

Not possible in any of the current available apps I'm sure. Not sure if the SDK would even allow that to be programmed, also for safety reasons. The other way around perhaps, if you start a certain flight mode the camera could automatically engage (autopilot can do that among others).

I believe you can change the response curves to accommodate what you want. You should be able to create a nonlinear curve so that half stick is only 20% of the max. Obviously sport mode speeds things up a lot.

Yes I am aware of this. My question is if its possible to assign a specific profile to "record", meaning that this specific profile would (only) activate when I am recording (film), and it would deactivate when stopping recording.
