I've only had my mavic pro for a few weeks and finally am getting over the fear of letting her travel farther and farther. So I usually start recording video before take off and end when I land (this is probably not needed but I wanted some filler in my post). Every time until the last 2 flight videos I can see the videos in my DJI Go app. The most recent flights (july 2) are not there. They are on the sd card though. Only thing different is I used a different card.

Check in the general settings whether "cache during video shooting" is turned on and if you have set the correct cache size.
If your cache size is too small it might get overwritten if you do many flights in one session
