DJI Map add tracking point

Hello! Does anyone know if there is a way to use a tracking device and have it add a point to the map.

I want to get drone footage of my friends truck and want him to have some device in his truck so that it will show up on my map in the DJI Fly app. That way I can see his truck on my map and know where it is while he is driving.

Maybe putting a cheap remote ID module and you can track with the drone scanner app. Unless that's illegal. Then a cheap tracking device. They sell them everywhere. You will have to have both apps running, but on a laptop or tablet you could have both windows open side by side.
