DJI Mini 2 Chimney survey

Good Morning World. I live in Suffolk UK. Been droning for four years. A neighbour has recently asked me if I could make a video Survey of her chimney stack on her thatched Cottage. I like to consider myself a law-abiding citizen. The house sits in its own two-acre plot. with no houses nearby. Although I'd happily survey it for nothing. She insists on paying me. As the alternative is to hire a cherry picker. So. Am I breaking any CAA laws doing it for payment?

I'm in US so can't help with CAA regs.

No issues flight wise. My only concern as someone that did drone building inspection for a living would be liability insurance. There’s probably not much chance of anything going wrong, but if it did is she going to expect you to pay for it?

Was just concerned it was an "internal" inspection, which would obviously be a perilous adventure.
