DJI mini 4 pro Netherlands

I am considering buying a dji mini 4 pro in the Netherlands and claiming the VAT back as I am a UK citizen. Total cost would then be about £600.

Has anyone done this? I'm aware that officially I need to pay duty to import it to the UK.

Can this C0 drone be registered in the UK and in the EU?

@Mark_eb the drones CO label is not recognised by the UKs CAA its just a sub 250g drone ,and the EU and UK dont recognise each others registration requirements for the Mini 4 pro when it comes to operator ID

Thanks. I realise the UK doesn't recognise the C0 but can I register anyway as a sub 250g drone in UK.
Can I also register the drone in the Netherlands, for example as a C0 drone?
I'm hoping I don't have to buy 2 drones. 1 for the UK and one for the EU.

Concur. C0 or C1 mean absolutely nothing in the UK... it's just another sub250grm drone.

you would have to have both UK and EU registation anyway ,the problems become apparent,f the drone gets damaged or lost ,then it will depend on where you first bound the drone to your DJI account on initial start up, whether or not care refresh would be able to be used to get it replaced, depending on your location at the time UK or EU
