DJI’s Mavic 4 Pro Promo Shows Drone Footage From Prohibited National Parks And Tribal Lands
DJI just posted a promotional video showcasing its new Mavic 4 Pro capturing stunning landscapes across the American West—including drone footage fromdronexl.co
Edit: Video has been pulled: DJI Quietly Pulls Mavic 4 Pro National Parks Video After Legality Questions
No worries, it's a great topic; probably deserves its own thread. People make mistakes and sometimes they forget it's a NP; reminds me of this one:I did a search here and nothing came up about it so I didn't know if it had would have posted on your thread

Also, much of it may have been legally shot before all the regulations took effect. If all footage that was shot illegally gets pulled, there would be no footage at all online.
Well, that's interesting. I went back and took a look at my video cache and it appears I actually can see the entire vide. So I have it but obviously won't post it online since they wanted it taken down. Nothing is gone forever on the internet. If all footage that was shot illegally gets pulled, there would be no footage at all online.

Hopefully this leads to NPS coming up with a workable strategy which will allow ordinary flyers to have a chance. At present, only criminals can fly and the rest of the honest citizens are banned. That's not a good policy. He mentioned the DJI commercial in this story about drone pilots being jerks.

Kinda like locks only keep the good people out maybeHopefully this leads to NPS coming up with a workable strategy which will allow ordinary flyers to have a chance. At present, only criminals can fly and the rest of the honest citizens are banned. That's not a good policy.
And restraining orders are only useful against law abiding people who are not a threat. Against someone who really is a threat, they don't care about being law abiding, it only ticks them off more, and makes them an even greater threat!Kinda like locks only keep the good people out maybe
