Other than Occusync 3.0 and the same basic form factor as the current/previous Smart Controller, it looks like we will have to wait until Nov 5th to find out. I would guess it has updated internals as well.

I would certainly think it would be. I'm sure they want to sell them to as many folks as possible. Same as with the new wifi routers are backwards compatible with all the older equipment as well as the newest technologies. It should be a great unit, now if any are available, that's another question

The original smart controller and stock RC for the Air 2S is O2. The Air 2S is actually O3. I get about 50% less range with the SC vs the stock RC that comes with the A2S. Since they’re both O2, I am not sure why this is? I am hoping the new RC Pro can take advantage of the full range for the A2S (once they make it compatible)
