Hi evrybody!
So last monday I finaly was able to visit local race track and shoot some drifters doing their thing. Wanted to do this for a long time now, and finaly did it. Unfortunately no tire smoke, weather was barely suitable after a long rainy day, that is why my video is called "Overcast Drift".
Bus it was fun nevertheless, spent five batteries flying in sport mode :)
Sport mode is awesome but very hard to shoot with. Dont mind my edititng skills, I know they suck) But I am working on it.

Dig it !!!

Cool I like it , the shot with three cars drifting towards you was awsome , good job man...

Thank you guys!) By the way criticism is more than welcome, this is just my second video, so it would be interesting to hear real opinion of real people!

I'm also beginning editing video but not on PC or MAC but just with my iPad.

You did good job but for sure some specialist here will give you advice on how to improve your editing !!

Yeah! Thank you man) Actually this is my favorite shot, I want to do more like this one as soon as get more confident flying so low and so close to cars.

Enjoyed that! Nicely captured the action, speed and motion. I'd like to see someone use the spotlight mode on some of the slower corners to see how it would look from different altitudes and angles.

Thank you for your kind words! Actualy I didn't have a chance to try out any shooting modes yet, I am training my lousy fingers to get used to careful smooth manual action)

All in time, that's how I started as well, wanted to get as much manual fly time before I ventured to the automated flight modes. Setting a fixed flight route might also be a good thing, that way you could only focus on operating the gimbal. Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Sounds tempting, definitely going to try this out. Next monday another drift training session is coming up and on september 9th we going to have "Race Wars" festival)) After that I definitely will have something new to share. Also looking forward to see your new footage!

Great video Russell!! Editing is actually not bad. You've got a lot of different angles which is very good, and you change them often enough to keep us entertained. Aim at 8-10 seconds maximum each clip. For more action look keep them short.
Suggestions. Easiest: Try to edit to the beat more. (Change clips to the beat of the music) Try some slow mo for some very cool bits (eg. car slides out and loses control, or that bit when one slid into the mud then regained control). Add more contrast or use luts to color correct.
