You need a license which you can only get if you have UAE citizenship or residency as well as a local mobile phone. If you have those it’s easy to get and is issued instantly online.

Thanks, It seems like flight up to 120 m and flight with range of sight is free? If you need more altitude and longer flight distance - registration is mandatory.
