Drones Capture Video of Washington State Floods

There were a lot more people living on the floodplains up in the NW part of the state compared to down in the SW corner. The rivers are quite swollen down near where I live in Vancouver Washington but less impact on the local populations. The Columbia River is running high but still well within its banks. There is another round of heavy precipitation on its way for next week so there may yet be more consequences.
