Much more satisfying than bang! its dead!

That is amazing!
The ducks don't seem to be scared of the drone.
I expected them be show more avoiding behavior for a unfamiliar and loud "bird"
Then again the silhouette of the drone doesn't resemble a bird of prey.

I too was intrigued that the ducks didn’t seem to mind the drone.

That's right Thomas,
I don't know when that footage was shot.
Maybe in the breeding season they are more alert around their nesting areas.
There are several videos on YT showing birds attacking drones, but never are they ducks.
Could just be a character thing?
Any ornithology experts here?

What was not shown was a lady feeding them closer to land. That was where they were padding too.

Dont these ladies understand that a fed animal is a dead animal.
We had this problem at Cape Point in South Africa - the tourists insisted on feeding the wild baboons to the point that the baboons could no longer feed themselves - wanting only junk food.
Wonder what they ate during lockdown?
