We have the same rule in the USA. However, you can complete the task without being in the video. At the AGL of the drone, you could have maintained VLOS from outside the perimeter of the flight path and not be in the video. Please know I meant no offense, just offering bits of info to help you.

OfC if you just doing it for the fun of it or for personal use, it may not matter to you. If you want to land professional jobs, you do not want to give your client a video with you in it. Trust me, many will even state that in the job
