Eclipse: Any clever drone use ideas during the eclipse?

I was thinking of photographing the crowd that usually appears at a local place when such evens occur - perhaps using POI on several turns and heights. Alas, the location is less than 3 NM from a seaplane base and therefore prohibited. (Could also be considered "flying over an assembly of people" even if the orbit os outside that area...)

I took a video but only looking straight down. It was amazing how dark it became - and amazing how the trees for a time look like 3D rendered objects vs. leaves etc. I will try to find and post.
