This is great, but still loooong way before rotary drones can fly on solar. With lift-to-drag ratio, say, 30 for fixed wings, thrust of only 1/30th of aircraft weight is needed for level flight; for rotary, thrust must be equal to weight, so 30x more power is needed. No chance with solar at current level of technology.
