Exposure Bracketing on Mavic Pro is broken -- is any fix likely to be forthcoming?

As reported in various threads here, the automatic exposure bracketing on the Mavic Pro is 'broken' -- the first two images use the same expose, so for 3-image bracketing you only get two different images and for 5-image bracketing you get just 4.

Worse, perhaps, is that the EXIF information in all three (or five) images is nonsense: the darker images are annotated with the longer exposure times. This really messes up software that is trying to use that information for auto-adjustment, etc.

Does anyone know if a fix is to be available for these problems? If not, how does one open a ticket to ask for a fix?

[It would be nice if exposure for spherical panos could be fixed, too...]

Can’t comment on the broken auto exposure in MP software, but checkout this member post of a spherical 3D. He may have the answer to your problem with same.
Loving the spherical panos with Mavic Air and SkyPixel

The exposure for spherical panoramas on Mavic Pro is broken. It would seem to me (as a programmer) that 'someone' copied the code from the Mavic Air codebase .. but did not bother to test it.

It is also clear that the AEB code wasn't tested; but that's not unusual. What is unusual is that no fix has been released after more than a year.

Agree, DJI seems to shift their dominant workload from platform to platform. Economy of employees? Dunno, but it is frustrating.
