When I first registered my RC heli in 2016, my certificate had an expiration date of 2019. I'm 5 days past and I just updated. I'm now covered until year end 2020.
I didn't notice one, and am wondering if the FAA sends out update reminders? I wouldn't think so, but I get notifications for car registrations and drivers licenses renewal.
