A quick video of one of our active Fire Towers I made after taking my daughter on her first winter hike last month. (She's the little pink speck on a few of the drone shots lol.
Thank you. All 15 of the ones in New Hampshire are still manned during the summer and fall months on High Fire danger days. We were in the Mount Belknap tower a couple years ago while the guy spotted a fire across the state and was triangulating the position of the fire with other fire towers. It was pretty neat. It's amazing to think, once upon a time, people used to live in those towers for short periods watching for forest fires. Now, most are relegated to cell towers. Nice flying.
Thank you! We're trying to get her into our adventures as quickly as we can. First hike at 6 months, first winter hike at 10 months, and we're going camping this spring!Nice work and restful music Was waiting for the straight down shot and there it was towards the end. Than you for letting us all see it. Didn’t spot your daughter but sure she’ll follow Dad later!
