field monitor - 24”

ive been planning on doing this for a while, and decided to get it done
Normally if im doing a demo, i have a tv screen i lug around and plug it into a big portable 240v box i have. Not very portable, but i dont use it regularly.
I wanted a more portable rig that i could use regularly. especially as with the smart controller, as much as i love it, I have to keep taking my glasses of to see it and hold it up close.
so, for when i have an extra hand to carry something i came up with this.

ive had it running for 2 hours now and battery charge still on all bars. Not sure how long it will run, but 2 hours is good for me.
also using a cordless mouse and dongle plugged into the smart controller which makes waypoint planning fantastic.
Its plenty bright enough outside today, but it is overcast today. I dont expect it will be brilliant in direct sun, but my next plan is to fashion a shade of sorts for it.

not heavy at all, but case also has handle and wheels if needed.

Swapped the mouse for a trackball type. Easier to use in the field I have found.
