File storage on an Advanced

I'm having an issue on an Advanced of not storing any pics or vids onto the SD card. I have tried the SD card in the remote as well as the Mavic itself, but everything is always saved to the internal memory. I have formatted the SD card and the remote shows that the SD Card is inserted, but nothing saves to it.

Any advise?

Have you formatted the SD Card inside DJI Fly app?
Be sure u are using class 10 (A2) U3 sd cards or compatible as write in manual

you need to insert the SD into the drone, then under the setting menu theres a way to toggle between the internal and SD. be sure the storage is SD
