Does anyone know if the MA2 uses the same filter as the Mini 2,

They don't. Had both. The MA2 camera housing is bigger, and the filters attach differently.

Ok, thanks. I was afraid that you would say that. I already have a MA2 and just got rid if a TURD Hubsan Zino 2 Plus. Ordered a Mini 2 from Amazon to replace.

I have Freewell filters for both my Mini2 and MA2. They are fantastic, especially the NDs with the polarizers. And, yes, they take different filters.
