It depends it's too late sun is down and the shot is against the last light bridge is in the shadows ... overal exposure is OK but You are right bridge is dark and if we focus on it sky will be blown but you are right - lighting condition was bad and clip is for fun only Not doing right on a beautiful subject!
By the way I have never been there in good conditions for filming, but will keep trying
