Fireworks display

Am I allowed to fly a drone a distance away from a public commercial fireworks display and film it taking into account I am far away from the general public ( in Australia )

No flying at night, a minimum of 30-metres from people & no overflying people. Not to mention no flying at a ‘populous’ place, keeping your drone in visual sight and being fully aware of its orientation.
