Firmware update mavic air via assistant 2

I startup assistant 2 to update the firmware using it on windows11. It download the update successfully, but can not send the update to the Drone because it cannot read the Javascript link. What app is used to be able to handle the Javascript link read?

Welcome to the Forum and you have Software conflict. Did you turn off your anti-virus Are you trying to do this from a VPN? There are quite a few things to try so we could go thru them if you like. first you need to make sure you have the latest version of the assistant installed.
