Flickering video once every second

I've been noticing that several of my videos are showing a flicker once every second. They have been shot on auto 4k/24fps. The effect shows up in the raw clip and the rendered from Resolve clip as well.
From what I found online, this is a known problem. The only solutions I've seen are to buy some ND filters or add a 'neatvideo' plugin to Davinci resolve.

Are others on here having this problem? I feel as though my settings are "out of the box" so I should need to take care of this in post.

Edit: actually i was wrong. Still happening. I contacted DJI. Very helpful. They had me reinstall firmware and calibrate the gimbal. Just tested it and seems to be ok for now. We'll see. If it still happens it's going back.

Well it looks like it had something to do with Davinci Resolve. I switched to Shotcut and it looks like it went away.
