Flickering Video

Hello Pilots, I'm getting lots of flickering on muy videos I was wondering if it's something I'm doing or if it's a defect. Can someone please help.

I think it was cause I was watching 4K on a not 4K screen is that posible?

Yes my footage is terrible when I watched it on my 1080 p tv . But after watching it on iPhone iPad it's fine
