What post processing software did you use. I was also wondering what effect or filter allowed you to suddenly speed the video up and then go back to normal.

I am working with adobe premiere pro 2020. For the effect, when the video loads in the program, right click on the video bar and you will find the phrase «speed / duration». The video in normal condition is 100%, depending on the video I use from 3000% up to 6000% Thanks for watching.
