The ground is still saturated from the last flooding episode in October 2018. On top of that there's been rain and significant snow melt. This is a quick look at this latest episode. Pecatonica River, Pecatonica, Illinois, USA. I must clarify that the music site is www.soundimage.org, not .com.

Yes, there were still remnants of ice floating around. Plus there was a thin layer of ice that had formed overnight in the below freezing temperatures.
